Ingredientes
150gr de arroz
1 litro de leche entera
1 rama de canela
1 piel de limón
150gr de azúcar
1 litro de leche entera

Preparación
Poner el arroz en el vaso, la leche, la ramita de canela y las pieles. Programar 37 minutos, temp.90º, vel.1 giro a la izquierda. Cuando pare la máquina, añadir el azúcar y programar otros 7-a 10 minutos a la misma temperatura y velocidad. Esto hará que espese. Cubrir con canela.
